The first permanent Sikh place of worship in the South Carolina Lowcountry / Charleston area, established in 2020. The community celebrated its first worship service here in December 2020 marking the 551st birthday of Guru Nanak. The building, formerly a church, was converted to host the Guru Granth Sahib.
