Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib is located in Anandpur Sahib, Punjab, India, and is one of the five Takhts of the Sikhs. It is the birthplace of the Khalsa, where Guru Gobind Singh Ji created the Khalsa Panth on the Vaisakhi day of 1699 by administering Amrit (baptism) to the Panj Pyare (Five Beloved Ones). The gurdwara complex houses sacred weapons and relics of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Anandpur Sahib hosts the annual Hola Mohalla festival, a major Sikh celebration featuring martial arts displays, music, and poetry.
