The Guru Gobind Singh Sikh Society of Cleveland was incorporated in 1992 in Bedford, Ohio, and occupies a former Masonic temple at 38 Tarbell Avenue. It traces its origins to 1975, when 30 Sikh families founded the Guru Nanak Foundation of Greater Cleveland and opened the first Gurdwara in Ohio on the city's West Side. The Society offers daily prayers, weekly diwans, Sikh youth education, langar, and serves as a cultural hub for the greater Cleveland Sikh community.
