Gurudwara Shri Koohni Sahib in Panchkula marks the site where Guru Gobind Singh meditated for 17 pahar (a traditional unit of time) at the request of a Brahmin devotee named Anpurna, who served the Guru and his sangat with food during his stay. Guru Gobind Singh blessed Anpurna, prophesying that a temple in her name would be built here. The gurdwara was constructed in 1936 by Baba Jiwala Singh Harkowal and is located near the Mansa Devi temple complex.
